Korn & Evanescence
Korn and Evanescence will be performing at the Ruoff Music Center on Wednesday, August 24th, 2022. This will be a joint concert tour by the two bands.
Korn is an American nu metal band from Bakersfield, California, formed in 1993. The band’s current lineup includes founding members Jonathan Davis (vocals, bagpipes), James “Munky” Shaffer (guitar), Brian “Head” Welch (guitar, backing vocals), and Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu (bass), with the addition of Ray Luzier (drums) who replaced the band’s original member, David Silveria.
Evanescence is an American rock band founded in Little Rock, Arkansas, in 1995 by singer/pianist Amy Lee and guitarist Ben Moody. After recording independent albums, the band released their first full-length album, Fallen, on Wind-up Records in 2003. Evanescence rose to success with their first single, “Bring Me to Life”, which helped launch the band into the mainstream.
