It’s been a long time since Godsmack and Staind have graced the stage together, but on Saturday, August 12th, 2023, they’ll be performing at the Ruoff Music Center in Indiana. It’s sure to be an unforgettable night, as these two bands have a special connection with one another.
Godsmack and Staind first met in the early 2000s when they were both touring the country and playing shows to sold-out crowds. They quickly developed a friendship and began collaborating on songs, with Godsmack even lending their song “I Stand Alone” to Staind for their album “14 Shades of Grey.”
Since then, Godsmack and Staind have both gone on to have massive success in the music industry. Godsmack has released seven studio albums, with their most recent, “1000hp,” debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 chart. Staind, meanwhile, has released six studio albums, with their most recent, “Fire and Ice,” also debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 chart.
