Dave Matthews Band – 2 Day Pass
The Dave Matthews Band is an American rock band formed in Charlottesville, Virginia, in 1991. The group’s founding members were singer-songwriter and guitarist Dave Matthews, bassist Stefan Lessard, drummer and backing vocalist Carter Beauford, and saxophonist LeRoi Moore. Since its inception, the band has released nine studio albums, three live albums, and numerous live concert videos.
The band’s most recent studio album, Come Tomorrow, was released on June 8, 2018. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, making it the band’s seventh consecutive studio album to top the chart.
The Dave Matthews Band has sold over 50 million records worldwide and has been nominated for nine Grammy Awards. The group has also won two Grammy Awards, one for the Best Rock Vocal Performance by a Duo or Group in 1997 for the song “So Much to Say”, and one for the Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group in 2000 for the song “Crash Into Me”.
The Dave Matthews Band will be performing at the Ruoff Music Center on Friday June 30th, 2023. Tickets go on sale Friday March 3rd, 2023 at 10am.
